Used second hand evaporators and spray dryers (see the bottom of the page):

Complete Scheffers evaporator; 4 effect falling film evaporator + 1 effect finisher.

  • In feed: 13.500 liter/hour whey with 27 % dry solids
  • Water evaporation: approximately 7.760 kg/hour
  • Product: 5.740 kg/hour with 63,5 % dry solids.
  • In 1999, the evaporator was upgraded from 3 effect (year 1969) to 4 effect, and the evaporator was completely reconditioned and renewed.

                      MKT 3 step falling film evaporator. AISI 304.               Capacity: milk intake, 9.000 kg/hour. Manufacturing year 1978.

    ATLAS 3 step falling film, AISI 304, with finisher in Duplex steel. Capacity, stick water  in take: 70.000 kg/hour. Year 1999.

    This complete plant has been used in brown cheese

    manufacturing in Norway. All tubes has been replaced in 2000.

    Capacity: milk intake, 2.000 kg/hour. Year 1952.

    SPRAY DRYERS:

     

    APV Pasilac Anhydro Stainless steel, 1990. No. E-92280. Including internal and external fluid bed (ANHYDRO). This plant has been used for producing agglomarated powder.

    Complete, except that drying chamber and bag filter after cyclones is scraped. The plant is dismantled and ready to ship from Norway.

    Capacity: 800-1200 kg powder/hour.

    Complete Stork Flat bed spray drying plant. Stainless steel AISI 304.

    Capacity: 650 kg milk powder per hour. It is also very good for i.ex. protein powder production containing small amount of fat.

    This plant has been in operation until 2009 in German milk dairy.  Dimensions of the chamber: Diameter: 6.750 mm. Height: 6 meter. Original Stork atomiser, including spares etc.

    Year of manufacturing: 1967. Including GEA steam heater from 1998.
