Westfalia Fish Master decanter centrifuge, type CF 5000. This reconditioned unit is in as-new condition and includes the original electrical panel with frequency drives on main motor and secondary motor.

Including is also complete technical documentation and special lifting tools.

Rotating parts manufactured in stainless steel 1.4462 (DUPLEX steel with the addition of Molybdenum which secures good resistance against pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion). Flights protected with hard metal. Distance between flights is around 145 mm.

The unit has only been in operation in around 19,400 hours and have been regularly serviced by Westfalia Separator. After the reconditioning process, this unit is like new. No wear on the conveyor flights.

The main motor is 45 kW, 50 Hz, 380 Volt and has an automatic back drive system powered by a 15 kW, 50 Hz, 380 V motor.

Permissible bowl speed: 4.000 rpm. at density: 2.000 kg/m3. Max feed temperature: 100 deg. C.

Including special lifting tools for the bowl and the conveyor.
