Westfalia pilot plant separator, type SA 1-02-575

This food approved Westfalia pilot plant separator is reconditioned and in excellent condition.

All parts in contact with the products are made of acid proof stainless steel. The solids are ejected automatically controlled by a timer setting - while the separator is running in full speed.

The separator comes with set of tools, separator manual and starter box. The separator is configurated to operate as a purifier - with a single centriptal pump for pressure discharge of the light liquid and free outlet of the heavy liquid.

Set of density disc (Regulierscheiben) is included: 27, 30, 32, 36, 40 and 45. The density difference between the heavy and light liquid determines which density disc to use on your process.

The separator can also be operated as a clarifier.

Bowl speed: 9.700 rpm.
