Contherm 6"x11 - Surface Scrape Heat Exchanger unit

One reconditioned Contherm 6"x11 surface scraped heat exchanger with center positioned rotor and flushed mechanical seals. Rotor with staggered pins with 14 blades, rotor diameter: 76 mm. In-board product head with 2" threaded media connections. The inside surface of the cylinder is plated with chrome for wear protection.

Application: Dairy- and beverage products, soups and fluids.

Drive: SEW-EURODRIVE gear motor: 50 Hz, V: 230/400 V, 9,2 kW. Motor/gear rpm: 1470/350

Product site: Maximum allowable pressure: 20,7 bar at 170 deg. Celsius.
