Ceramic filter module

This ceramic filtration module is in excellent working condition and ready to be put back in daily operation. The module has 3 parallel lines with 2 in serial connected stainless steel housings containing a total of 6 x 47 tubular ceramic filter elements - each filter elements having an outer diameter of 25 mm and 1,2 meter in length. The tubular filter elements have 19 channels with diameter of 3,3 mm. Cut-off values are pending - options are micro-, UF- and nanofiltration with cut-off values from 1,2 um down to 2 nm.

Filtration area for one tubular element is 0,23 m2. So, for 6x47 tubular elements, this is a total of 65 m2. We have 3 of these module in stock - so almost 195 m2 in total.

The circulation pump is a 30 kW Fristam centrifugal pump, type 1251 C - with capacity of more than 250 lph.

The process flow capacity of the ceramic module is depending on your composition of the feed product and your demands to the processed feed product.
