Contherm 6"x11 Surface Scrape Heat Exchanger unit in a rack

Reconditioned Contherm 6"x11 surface scraped heat exchanger with center positioned rotor and flushed mechanical seals. 3" rotor with staggered pins for 14 blades, rotor diameter: 76 mm. In-board product head with 2" threaded media connections. Product cylinder made of Nickel with plain media annulus. The inside surface of the cylinder is plated with chrome for wear protection.

Drive: SEW-EURODRIVE gear motor: 50 Hz, V: 230/400 V, 9,2 kW. Motor/gear rpm: 1470/350

Product site: Maximum allowable pressure: 15,8 bar at 149 deg. Celsius.

Media site: Maximum allowable pressure: 17,3 bar at 170 deg. Celcius.
