GEA HYSEP decanter, type MD 53C with Viscotherm Rotodiff

Decanter for sludge dewatering. Capacity; approx. 400 kg dry solids/hour, i.ex. 20 m3/hour with 2 % dry solids (DS).

This system comprise of a GEA HYSEP decanter unit with the bowl in acidproff stainless steel (DUPLEX), a Viscotherm Rotodiff back drive system to control the relative speed, a feed pump, type KIESEL monopump, a POLYBLEND flocculation dosing unit, a flow meter, sludge conveyor (or sludge pump), an electrical panel including frequency converter to start the decanter unit and another frequency converter to control the feed pump. All build in a 20" container with insulation on the roof.

Power supply: 380 V, 50 Hz, 63 AMP and 3 phase.
